Functional training for the over 65 generation in order to stay in shape with tailor-made physical activity.
Functional training consists of floor exercises or using small specific tools that work on large and small muscle districts and naturally brings the body back to optimum functionality both in doing sports and in everyday life.
Functional training is able to adapt a specific workout to each individual to meet his or her needs.
