BAM Community Day – Sustainable food: from the Land to the plate, a journey of awareness

A new BAM Community Day, a new in-depth look at sustainability: we’re talking about food!

According to FAO, one-third of all food produced in the world is wasted. But is it all our fault? No, but it is in part. If it is true that a slice of food is lost during the production stages, a large part of it is wasted in the distribution stage and in our refrigerators.

There are many ways to be more conscious consumers. How often should we buy groceries? Is it better to start from the ingredients or choose ready to eat foods?

We will find the answer to these questions during the day dedicated to the topic of food sustainability, with workshops, nature walks and moments for play to be together!
